All our deliveries are fully insured against damage, if the packaging is damaged in any way, please write 'damaged' on the delivery note. If you inspect your order and it is indeed damaged then we are very sorry. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement. Please do not fit product and keep the original packaging as this may be recollected from you.

From design to production, every Rullo product is crafted to endure a lifetime of everyday use. If your product does not function due to a manufacturing defect, we will work to resolve the issue by replacing it free of charge.

Rullo is so confident in the workmanship and overall quality of all of our blinds we offer an unrivalled and straight forward 5 year warranty on all purchases. It’s not just the customer service we pride ourselves on, but the choice of components and focus on q uality. We like to take a common - sense approach with things, but for reasons, we need to list a few things that are not covered:

  • Improper use outside of normal wear and tear
  • Fabric fading over time due to direct sunlight or abrasive cleaning
  • Accidents and cosmetic damage including marks, spills and scratches
  • Water damage if the product is not sold as waterproof. See individual product pages for full details
  • Heat warping if the product is not sold as being suitable for conservatories. See individual product pages for full details
  • Any alterations made to the blinds including shortening widths or drops
  • Installation issues where our How to Install guidelines have not been followed
  • Non - domestic use
  • Loss or theft once delivered

  • 01. Rullo offers an unrivalled 5 year warranty on all blinds sold via our website. This warranty covers the following parts and components for general wear and tear, so: brackets, roller components, top tube, bottom bar, venetian pulls and wands, slats, roll er chains, chain links, bottom bars, motor, remote, cassette, internal components, strings, tapes, cords, and the fabric – except fading, cuts and any homemade alterations.
  • 02. Proof of purchase is required to progress with any claim.
  • 03. Blinds fitted in a non - do mestic environment are not covered under our 5 year warranty, nor is Rullo liable for any damage or injury that may arise from these blinds being installed within a non - domestic environment. We supply blinds for residential settings inside the UK, so hotel s, hostels, schools, B&B’s, holiday lets, overseas locations (outside the UK and Ireland), etc. aren’t covered under this warranty.
  • 04. Damage to the blinds, for example spilling red wine on the fabric, or your dog biting the wooden slats, are not covered unde r our warranty. So if you see any issues around your blind when you come to install

What does the warranty cover?

Typically, your blinds will be produced and sent out within 10 business days. In the event that there is a possibility of a delay in meeting this timeframe, we will notify you via email regarding the delay, reasons behind it, and provide you with a new estimated time of arrival (ETA).

What is the price for shipping?

Shipping is included in the costs for deliveries to major regional and capital cities in Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, and New South Wales for orders over $1000. For shipping to other states, remote areas, and orders under $1000, the best available option will be determined on the day of packing and weighing, and you will be informed accordingly. We are here to provide guidance and assistance regarding this matter.

To which location will my goods be delivered?

Your blinds will be delivered to the nearest "FREIGHT DEPOT" for collection, as these depots are present in most regional towns. In certain cases, the cost for door-to-door delivery may be similar, and we will choose that option whenever possible. For remote areas, you have the option to have the blinds forwarded to your home, but please note that this will incur additional costs. To ensure the security of both parties, you will be required to sign for the goods upon delivery.

What is included in the Warranty coverage?

Rullo provides a five-year warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials or workmanship on a return-to-store basis. Please note that the warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, or exposure to the elements. It is important to report any holes or marks in the blinds within five working days of receiving them, as these issues will not appear over time and may have resulted from fair wear and tear or misuse. Metal chains are also subject to the same considerations as mentioned above.

How precise are the blind colors displayed on my monitor?

We highly recommend ordering free colour samples before making any purchases. Due to variations in how computer monitors display colors, there can be significant differences. To ensure consistency, it is advisable to order all blinds for the same room together, using the same batch. It is worth noting that there may be slight dye lot variations between finished blinds and the provided colour samples, which is considered normal within the industry.

Are the blinds designed to be child-safe?

All of our blind products are manufactured and provided with fittings that comply with the Child Safety Regulations set by the Federal Government.

What are the available payment options?

You have the option to make payment through direct transfer, PayPal, credit card, or by mailing a cheque.

What is the procedure in case my blinds are damaged during transportation?

All blinds are insured by us at no additional cost to you. In the event of any damage during transit, it is important to note the damage on the delivery docket when collecting the package. If possible, please provide us with a supporting photo before opening the package to report the damage. Once you have opened and inspected the blinds, which may have only sustained package damage or damage to a specific blind, we will promptly replace the damaged item upon receipt of your claim. Please ensure that you submit your claim within 24 hours of signing for the package, as Rullo cannot accept responsibility for claims received after this time. You will be responsible for repackaging the damaged item and arranging for its return to us at our expense.

If you have made an error in measuring your windows, what steps can be taken to rectify the situation?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will explore the possibility of remaking the blind to the correct size at a discounted rate. As a valued customer, we are committed to providing you with the best support and assistance possible

Rullo does not offer a measuring or installation service. However, we provide easy-to-follow measuring instructions and useful tips on our website to assist you. In addition, you can simply send us a photo or video using your smartphone, and we will provide you with guidance and advice on the best options available.
